When in your island fractional property, and enjoying the sea, sun, sand, the weather and the amazing landscape you know that this is what makes the Caribbean a special place to be, however this is not the only thing that makes the Caribbean unique, Caribbean food is also part of the magic on the islands as it is colourful and appetizing. There is just something interesting about that Caribbean flavour.

Caribbean food is completely different to any other part of the world. The italians have pasta and pizza, the French have pastries, crepes, wine and rich foods, the English have their pie and mash or bangers and mash and the Chinese have their egg rolls and fried rice, but the Caribbean has its own very unique spicy way of cooking which many people appreciate, a lot of the Caribbean food involves heavily spiced foods that stimulates the tongue and palate. The Caribbean Islands all have their own specialties so you can visit different islands to experience an array unique experience in food. Mexico, Costa Rico, and Panama are considered part of the Caribbean when it comes to tourism and cooking and this is because they have coasts on the coast of the Caribbean Sea, at this point Central America has its own style of food again because of the connection they have with North and South America.

There are a lot of curry powders, hot peppers and spices involved in the making of Caribbean cuisine. Jamaican food includes curried chicken, lamb beef and goat and also there are meats which are mixed with the `jerk` seasonings making the dishes hot, spicy and very tasty, Jamaican is a delicious treat for the palate. Jamaica also has its own unique selection of fruits and vegetables such as callaloo (which is similar to spinach) and Ackee, there are also fruit called ugly fruit, star apple and jack fruit. These are all used in cooking the Jamaican foods, and the one most popular foods tht has made its mark on the US are Jamaican Patties which are spicy meat pies with a flaky crust.

Other Caribbean Islands have their own food also, some of the delicacies include conch fritters, coconut mango chicken, arroz con pollo ( a Spanish influenced rice and chicken dish), Paella, and red pea soup, all these are just a few. There are some dishes which originate in Mexico which have moved over to the Caribbean Islands like burritos, enchiladas and in Mexico chilli peppers are often a big part of the cooking.

There is a lot of fish dishes which are made in the Caribbean, and there are many recipes which originate from the Caribbean including fish or shellfish, like cold fish mackerel, grouper, lobster, crab or even a combination for a stew, paella or sea food chowder. What ever island you choose to find island fractional property you will experience some of the best cuisine in the world as it is so diverse and unique to each island.

We do not want to set on you with our lectures just, please, keep in mind some facts – that will be useful for you.Preparing before you go is the best way to stay healthy while you’re traveling. See a doctor at least 6 weeks before you leave so that you’ll have time for immunizations that may need to be done in advance. Check with your doctor to see if there are medications or extra precautions that you should take. For example, people who have heart failure may need to take shorter flights with more stops to avoid long periods of sitting or they may need to adjust their medications.

Before you go, research local sanitation and other conditions so that you can take appropriate measures while you are traveling:

- Is the water safe to drink?

- Do insects, such as mosquitoes or ticks, carry disease?

- Is there air pollution?

- Will the altitude make you sick?

- Is it safe to swim in pools, lakes, or the ocean?

- Could you get heat exhaustion, sun stroke, or sunburn?

Basic precautions, such as drinking bottled water or using insect repellent, can prevent some illnesses, ranging from an inconvenient bout of diarrhea to life-threatening malaria.

Preparing for a journey takes planning and time. Proper planning is the best way to stay healthy during your trip. See a doctor at least 6 weeks before you go so that you’ll have time for immunizations and other health precautions you may need to take in advance. There are several factors to consider in preparing for a trip.

Enjoy your trip.

Stretching along the sultry coastline of Dubai is the exquisite Jumeirah Beach. This exclusive beach area is a mini-resort within Dubai with some the world’s best hotels, restaurants, shops and villas are all within walking distance from the sands.

The whole of the actual Jumeirah Beach stretches for miles along the coastline, but it is split up into different beaches including the Jumeirah Park Beach and the Dubai Marina Beach, as well as some private beaches belonging to the sea-front hotels.

The public areas of the Jumeirah Beach are extremely popular in Dubai and attract many visitors, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. In the Jumeirah Park area Mondays is reserved for women and children only. The soft sands and calm turquoise waters make the beach an ideal place for a day of relaxation for couples, friends or families alike! For families, the beach is extremely safe as waves are small, waters shallow and lifeguards are on duty throughout the day. Playgrounds are also spotted along the coast.

To satisfy your hunger needs in the glorious sunshine you can choose from numerous cafes, restaurants and barbeque areas, however due to Dubai law the beaches are alcohol free so you won’t find any bars nearby.

Many of the hotels along the beach offer water sport activities such as jet-skiing and scuba diving, or even try surfing at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Other organised activities take place regularly, especially on public holidays and during school holidays.

Jumeirah Beach is home to iconic Burj Al Arab, the only 7 star hotel in the world. This lavish hotel is the most famous landmark in Dubai with some rooms such as the Royal Suite costing over £17,000 per night.

If your budget doesn’t quite stretch that far, the Jumeirah family have several other fantastic hotels in this area. The wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel is popular for families and sits directly on the beach where guests can enjoy the private beach area.

Also, we can recommend the Madinat Jumeirah Mina A Salem, a boutique hotel oozing with culture and Arabic traditions.

1. Nainital- Located in Kumaon foothills Nainital best represents the Himalayan charm and is often considered as the most is picturesque hill stations in Uttarakhand. Blessed with a breath taking view of the high mountains and as many as 60 lakes, Nainital is the abode of the lakes with emerald settings. Named after the great Naini Lake in the area, this small town is easily accessible from the capital city of Delhi. The British colonial architecture in the town doubles its appeal and hence Nainital receives the highest footfall in the state. Also popular for adventure and recreational activities, Nainital is the starting point of an amazing journey in to Uttarakhand, the land of god.2. Mussoorie- A pleasant climate and the green woods strewn across the high-and-lows of the mountains make Mussoorie another important hill station in Uttarakhand. Miles away from the nauseating summer in the plains, Mussoorie serves the perfect summer retreat. Located in the Garhwal hills and blessed by the abundance of many natural charms like waterfalls and wild streams, Mussoorie is considered as Nainital’s best cousin to hang out. The modern architecture quite in contrast with the wild setting is the actual call of this place.

3. Rishikesh- Apart from the religious connection, Rishikesh often stands out as an ideal summer gate away. River rafting sessions and beach volleyball near the campsites by the Ganges are the most favorite activity of the visitors at Rishikesh. A moonlit bed of sand by the river as illumined as the moon makes a perfect escapade from the summer in the cities.

4. Almora- During winter season, the place is deep covered in snow and in summer this is an ideal location to trace the remnants of the snow in mountain curves. The solitude of the place at times casts off a melancholic spell but those who seek tranquility prefer it to Nainital which is always crowded with visitors. Some rugged forts, tranquil temples and picturesque valleys compose the lyrical side of Almora.

5. Ranikhet- The virgin hills of the quaint Almora stretches into Ranikhet as well. A well maintained cantonment area oozes an old world charm around the area and the small town in the vicinity looks like a picture perfect setting. A visit to Ranikhet in summer can surely beat away summer stress and the words like green meadows, snowy hills, gushing rivers and crystal clear sky no longer seem like fairytale phrases.

Strata titled holiday apartments on the east coast of Australia first came about well over a quarter of a century ago as a means of building holiday accommodation in large building complexes without the whole resort being owned by a single identity.

A ten storey building could then be built with each seperate apartment sold off to the public and one of the apartments to a resident manager who maintained the whole resort. They kept the gardens maintained, cleaned the pool and generally looked after the building. The other role they played was to rent out the apartments of owners to vacationers as an onsite real estate agent. All this looks great and while the building is relatively new doesn’t cause any great problems.Once the apartments become aged and in need sprucing up a bit it is up to each owner to then renovate there own apartment. Many owners don’t understand or simply refuse to update to a standard you would like to stay in on holiday. Older buildings can then have a variety of standards of accommodation and not all apartments look like the glossy brochures you see.

Apartment managers actively encourage owners to update, as the quality of apartments on offer, if left to decline will adversely affect there business.

It is important that you either check with managers what your standard of accommodation will be or you book through a company that will insist that there buildings are maintained at certain standard to come under there banner.
